Everyone is very nice, love my goofy dogs. They have seen my boys on emergency notice, performed some minor surgery. I switched from Pet Pal, because they are more convenient and better equipped to handle more serious issues without referral. Dr. Waleski is awesome. One of my dogs is apprehensive around strangers and the vet techs are skilled to get his cooperation.
